Privacy and website choices
This notice explains how the Winterhowlers Independent Assemblies presentation handles information. It is also an example of the plain-language privacy information we can build for a church website.
Your analytics choice
Analytics are off until you choose to allow them. If allowed, the site records a small, fixed set of interactions such as starting the presentation or opening a ministry example. Names, email addresses, contact messages, prayer requests, and other free-form text are not sent to analytics. You can change your choice from the Privacy choices button on the main page.
Contact form information
If you submit the contact form, Winterhowlers receives the name, organization, email address, service interest, and message you provide. Resend processes the email delivery. Cloudflare Turnstile checks whether the submission appears to come from a person and may process technical information needed for abuse prevention. A hidden honeypot field and server-side validation add further spam protection.
Hosting and video
Vercel hosts the website. Vercel Blob delivers the presentation video. These providers may process ordinary network information, such as an IP address, needed to deliver and protect the site.
Storage and deletion
Your privacy choice is saved in your browser so the site can remember it. Contact messages arrive in the Winterhowlers email account and are kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond and maintain business records. We do not promise a fixed deletion period that we cannot reliably enforce.
Questions or requests
Email winterhowlers@gmail.com to ask a privacy question, request correction or deletion of a contact message, or discuss a church website privacy approach.
